Litigation accounts are identified on a case-by-case basis and require authorization by our clients before proceeding. Most legal accounts are heard in small claims court. UFS prepares and files all necessary documents, develops scripts and evidence, and attends the hearing with its clients to ensure a positive outcome.

Judgments
Do you have a judgment sitting in a drawer collecting dust?
More than 70% of all judgments go uncollected. While UFS ensures that all cases it recommends for suite have verified assets, you may already have a judgment in hand.
UFS will examine your judgment for collectability at no charge. We will perform an exhaustive asset verification to look for employment, bank accounts and real estate. Once we verify assets, we can begin collecting immediately!
